Hunyuan Do It Yourself We are excited to announce that starting from April 2018 the academy will offer a short 2-month course for patients. In this course we teach many simple to learn and easy practice do-it-yourself healing techniques, where one can help themselves and their immediate family.
There are six classes, 4 are prerecorded with curriculum content and 2 live classes for review and discussion and they are packed with useful information and practical advise. Learners in this course do not need to enroll in the academy as full time students and therefore enrollment fee is waived. Recorded classes: 1. Hunyuan Body exercises simple to practice for health and longevity. 2. Hunyuan Heart techniques for happy and healthy heart and mind. 3. Basic do-it-yourself Hunyuan herbs. 4. Coming out in March 2018, Hunyuan Foundations explains the Hunyuan building blocks, the philosophy, methods and clinical applications. The first chapters deal with the circular motion in nature and the ways a human body conforms to them. Using ancient Chinese classical quotes and wisdom the first chapters convert them to unique contemporary understanding of health and longevity.
Following chapters deal with diagnosis of disharmony. Spanning three areas; body, heart and unification, the text explores diagnosis methods, principles and practical solutions such as Hunyuan herbs, acupuncture and heart methods.
